IN PERSON VOTING

Election Services Solutions can supervise an in person election using:
Paper Ballots and Portable Voting Booths and Ballot Boxes;
Touch Screen Voting Booths
Automatic Voting Machines (Lever Machine)

Election Services Solutions will provide a representative in attendance to be present at the Nominations Meeting who can also chair the nomination’s portion of the meeting, if requested.
Election Services Solutions will meet with all candidates (after the nominations meeting) and provide rules for the election process and provide sample ballots to be approved prior to printing.

Election Services Solutions will require a magnetic tape, electronic file, or alphabetical listing representing your membership. This must be provided 10 business days prior to the date of the election.
Election Services Solutions will prepare and print official ballots and challenged ballots based upon your membership. If by touch screen, program and test all machines. If by lever machine, program, test and provide strips and sample ballots.
Election Services Solutions will provide personnel and supervisory staff to be present to register and vote all members on the date of the election. ESS will also handle the printing and mailing of absentee ballots and provide challenged ballots to members whose names do not appear on the roster.
Election Services Solutions can provide multiple (regional) ballot types if required.
Election Services Solutions will register all observers and insure that all aspects of the election are conducted under the guidelines of the Office of Labor Management Standards or other oversight authorities.
Election Services Solutions will provide interim results immediately following the tabulation of the results after the polls have closed.
Election Services Solutions will provide supervisory personnel throughout the process and provide certified results.

ESS can also print, prepare and mail the Notice of Nominations and Election and be the impartial third party for campaign mailings.

ESS provides up to eight hours of defense (by affidavit or by interview in NY-The Department of Labor interviews in NY no matter where the election takes place) if the election is challenged at no additional cost.
